Even though Dubliner Cheese itself has been around only since 1996, the tradition and craft that we use to make it have been handed down for generations. That’s why it’s just perfect as a snack on its own or a top-notch ingredient for those who prepare food with real pride. Already a five times National Cheese Award winner, it’s got real tradition, quality and a taste for bygone simplicity going on behind that little red shop front.
We’re pleased that we’ve been able to blend lifetimes of experience into such a yummy product that has been a hit not just in Dublin and Ireland, but the US, Denmark, Belgium, Greece and Germany.
