8 Large Eggs (2 Eggs per person)
1 Pack of Dubliner Grated Cheese
2 Tbs Chopped Herbs such as Parsley and Tarragon
Side Salad and Crusty Bread
- Gently heat and lightly oil an omlette pan or a non-stick frying pan.
- Beat two eggs per omlette, season with salt and pepper and pour into the pan, sprinkle a handful of grated Dubliner Cheese and some herbs on top.
- After about 3 minutes, once the egg begins to look set and cheese has melted slide onto your plate.
- Serve with a side salad and some crusty bread.
Add thinly sliced courgettes or lightly cooked mushrooms or ham at the same time as the cheese and herbs.
