Club Sandwich

 2 slices of streaky bacon
 3 slices of white bread
 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
 2 slices of cooked chicken
 1 tomato, sliced
 2 slices of Dubliner Mature Red
 2 lettuce leaves
 2 slices of cooked ham

Place a frying pan on a high heat and dry fry the bacon until crispy.

Place the bread in the toaster and toast until just browned

To assemble the sandwich, place a piece of the toast on a clean chopping board and spread with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Top with the sliced chicken, sliced tomato and Dubliner Red Mature Slices. Place the second piece of toast on top and spread with the remaining mayonnaise. Repeat by layering lettuce leaves, ham slices and bacon. Top with the final piece of toast, spread with the remaining mayonnaise and slice to serve.
